We generally think that our physical health has no relation to our mental health.

But in reality, mental health has much more impact on our physical health than anything else.

Due to the rise in mental illness, major physical challenges such as cardiac issues, stroke, cancer, chronic pain, skin issues, digestive disorders, and reproductive disorders are significantly increasing in our country.

No treatment methods are working perfectly to cure these issues. Therefore, we must understand that until we achieve mental health, we cannot fully overcome these physical illnesses.

2) To Establish Balance in Life

Establishing a balance between each aspect of life is very challenging nowadays.

Due to imbalances between professional, personal, social, and emotional life, as well as family environment, we face numerous challenges every day.

Achieving mental stability or health is crucial for overcoming these challenges.

Taking care of mental health is vital for establishing balance among these aspects, leading to a well-rounded and fulfilling life.

With only good mental condition we can make it more successful which could be only possible if we could take good care of our mental health.
